Jim Villwock

| Mr. Jim Villwock is a Senior Executive with 28 years of
business experience. He has created and
implemented paradigm shifts within Technology, B2B, and Logistics Products and Services Industries.
He possesses the ability to create vision, strategies and the organizations required to increase
competitive advantages and profitability. He is also
the author of Whacked Again! - Secrets to Getting Back on
the Executive Saddle (www.WhackedAgain.com), host of
Executive Talk Radio, and host of Whacked Executive
Community and Whacked Community Network. |
Mr. Villwock has been the Director of Global Procurement for Unisys Corporation and
Cendian Corporation. While at Unisys he built a global strategic commodity, contracting and relationship
management team for all hardware, software, parts and services which resulted in cost savings which
exceeded $475 million. He was also the Managing Director for Emeritor Group where he developed an
organization for e-procurement software and procurement consulting. Earlier in his career Mr. Villwock held positions in finance,
accounting and Treasury.
Mr. Villwock has an MBA from North Texas State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He
possesses a Masters degree from the Dallas Theological seminary and has a BA in Business Management from
Golden Gate University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Villwock was in the United States Air
Force, and

Jack Conroy
Vice President - Process Optimization

| Mr. Conroy is an accomplished professional
with over 30 years of experience at GE where he received training as a business leader, six
sigma black belt, ISO-9000 auditor, change acceleration leader and project manager. He has a
proven track record of developing and implementing creative solutions to achieve double
digit top-line and bottom-line results. He has extensive experience in the service,
industrial and utility industries. |
His assignments at GE included: Chief Information Officer, Chief Security Officer, Global
Integration Leader, Y2K Leader and IT support for Sales and Services. Responsibilities
included support of business segments with annual sales of up to $1.5 billion dollars.
Mr. Conroy has extensive experience in large and small business Financial, CRM and ERP
technologies including implementation, integration and optimization. His experience includes
but is not limited to Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, Solomon, QuickBooks, Clarify and Sieble.
Mr. Conroy has a MBA from Rennsealear Polytechnic Institute and a B.A. in Economics from
Russell Sage College.

Richard W. Golly, CMPE
Vice President-Healthcare Operations

| Mr. Golly is a Senior Financial and
Healthcare Executive with over 32 years of experience in multi-specialty and single specialty physician
practices, as well as many healthcare consulting engagements. His career has allowed him to be
innovative and resourceful in applying his operational acumen, resulting in the medical organizations he
has managed to be recognized as the highest quality provider in each community. |
Mr. Golly has been Executive Director of Medical Practices
as large as thirty six physicians, including an Ambulatory Surgery Center, and has been CFO/Treasurer of
a Wellness Center organization. He has consulted in hospitals, skilled nursing homes and home health
care organizations, private practices, and Electronic Medical Records companies, as well as being a
licensed Health, Life, and Accident Insurance underwriter.
Mr. Golly graduated from Minnesota State University-Mankato with a BS degree in Accounting and is a
Certified Medical Practice Executive, a member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives,
and is a “life member” of the Medical Group Management Association.
