Greetings!

Many of you have not seen me in the last few months. I have been busy and have
missed seeing most of you. So, I thought I would update you on what I am up to!

I continue to be focused on helping both companies and individuals become more
successful.

From a business perspective, my company (IEM) has three questions we help answer:

  • Are you paying too much for costs like telecom and healthcare?

  • Are you compliant with identity theft and HR laws?

  • Are the scope of your benefits attractive and competitive?

As you can see, all of these fall within our focus of helping companies become
more competitive. With our “shared saving” process, many of the successes were
Implemented with little or no up-front expense to our clients. We are thankful for those whom we have helped this year.

Also, my passion is in helping friends with what I am learning about identity theft
and about lessons I am learning that may be helpful for those in transition or those who might be interested in empowering their careers.

On identity theft, I have been presenting to groups, author a quarterly newsletter
(Identity Intelligence), sponsor two blogs, and continue to try to bring awareness through public speaking to how big this issue is becoming to companies.

For personal development, I am primarily focused on helping those in transition through personal meetings and developing a process roadmap that I hope to broadly communicate next year.

As we plan for the new year, if I can help you in any way please let me know. If you know of someone who can use my help or where I can publicly speak, I would appreciate an introduction.

Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year,

Jim
